Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available if you cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. This is because our team begins processing orders immediately to ensure prompt pickup or local delivery.
  • To cancel your order, you must contact our customer service team within this 5-minute window by calling +15198173900 or emailing care@indianstaple.com. Alternatively, if you have an account, you can cancel directly through the “My Orders” section on our website.
  • Once the 5-minute window has passed, your order will be considered a “Started Order,” meaning it has been sent for processing, and cancellations or refunds will no longer be available.

Refund Process

  • If your cancellation is made within 5 minutes and approved, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, or other payment methods used at checkout).
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 days of cancellation, as required by the Consumer Protection Act in Canada, though we aim to complete this sooner, typically within 3-5 business days.

Order Verification
